Lincoln Horton as Seller's Counsel for $212.5 Million in Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Lincoln Horton of Horton Village Law Group was the seller's counsel for the just completed sale of a 25-unit apartment complex in San Diego for 14.5 million dollars.  In the last year, Mr. Horton has acted as seller's counsel for the same large privately-held apartment owner in transactions totaling 212.5 million dollars.
