Lincoln Horton
For as long as he can remember, Lincoln Horton knew that he was meant to be an attorney. His parents met on the debate team in college. The nightly family dinner table was characterized by lively back-and-forth about all of the major topics of the day. By nature and nurture, he was imbued with a strong sense of right and wrong, and a relentless desire to win every argument he was in.
He carries forward those traits in his current practice representing companies of all shapes and sizes and high net worth individuals in virtually every aspect of their businesses and personal lives. Skilled in both litigation and transactional work, he earned the nickname the "Swiss Army Knife of Lawyers" for his versatility and ability to handle most every legal issue thrown at him. His active practice includes corporate, business, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, employment, construction, entertainment, wealth-preservation, non-profit foundations, and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Horton is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review based rating achievable. He has been named as one of the Best of the Bar in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal, a Top Lawyer by San Diego Magazine, and a San Diego and Southern California Super Lawyer.
Mr. Horton is a successful trial attorney. He loves litigation, but he also prides himself on being able to keep his clients out of unnecessary lawsuits by providing sound, effective, real world legal advice and services.
